原本一切都是美好的。但，却在你我最开心的那一刻，它却出现了！它一瞬间，把快乐、欢喜夺走了！！！叹息声不停的重复、重复再重复......但是眼前仍然黑暗，永远领不回我的快乐。

为何这件事情竟会发生在你我的身上？？莫非时上天的注定？上天所赐的考验？一瞬间，我顿时感觉无力，对未来不知所措。

我告诉我自己，属于我的快乐，会回来的。它一直都在我的身边，从不曾离开。

最近，我却想到一个有效又变通的秘诀。对你我肯定有莫大的帮助。那就是：
当你伤心时，偶尔抬起头，望着蓝蓝的天，白白的云；望着它们，至少让你我觉得在这美丽的世界上，总会有令你开心的事情。
当你快乐时，偶尔也想起身边的亲戚朋友；对着他们，开心的将所有的都与他们分享。。至少，大家会快乐些。。 。
当你烦恼时，偶尔到你家附近的海边散散步。望着宽阔碧蓝的大海，至少会让你觉得在这世界上，没有事情是不能解决的。切记天下无难事，只怕有心人。
当你孤独时，偶尔到院子里，坐在那洁白色的小椅子，喝杯浓浓的咖啡。抬起头，望着挂在天边皎洁的月亮。。至少让你觉得，无论何时何刻，总会有个月光陪伴着你。。。跟随着你。

心情

心情，在人生中扮演了一个极重要的角色。对我而言，只要一谈到心情，就是非笔墨所能形容的。心情，说也说不完，写也写不完。高兴、快乐、伤心、难过、悲伤、兴奋、害怕。。。
无可否认，在我人生中，每天的我都以不一样的心情来对待。但，最近的我，“难过”却成了我的最佳伙伴。这“难过”使了我的“快乐”都渐渐减少。也因为它，我的泪水也不知从眼眶里打滚了多久。。落在我那脸颊上。。黑眼圈也渐渐加深。。就像中国的著名熊猫似的。
心情是不能控制的。就算你用尽什么方法，也是无济于事。。。因为心情就是心情。。。谁也无法预测明天的你会以什么心情来对待你所面对的一切。
心情啊心情，真盼望“快乐”能向我而来。。。带给我快乐，忘了一切难过的事情。。任何烦恼、挫折、挑战也再不是我人生中的绊脚石。但愿我的心情能了解。。。

命中注定

人活在世上短短几十年。问问自己，究竟，有哪些是你我曾经做过一件最令各自开心、意义的事情...有吗？

事实上， 活到至今，我并没有真正用我的心去完成，也许开心或意义的事情。。。为何？连我自己也不晓得...想了想， 也许因为家人的反对、金钱的问题、身体状况......

其实，好希望、好盼望自己是一只小鸟。无忧无虑、自由自在，用那双弱小的翅膀，想去哪就飞哪。。。身上无须带任何的烦恼、痛苦、孤寂、悲伤。一辈子只需做一只开心的鸟儿，有云儿、太阳及大自然的陪伴...对我而言都已足够...满足。

其实，每一件事都已命中注定。无论你是什么都好，也逃不过任何...未来所得面对的挑战、挫折。 告诉自己， 无论未来的路有多长，为了身边的家人、朋友、爱人...我们都要勇敢地往前走，不要放弃！

珍惜
翻了词典后，才晓得‘珍’是指看重；贵重的；宝贵的东西。而‘惜’是指爱惜；吝惜。两个字合起来，‘珍惜’在你我人生中是绝对不可缺少的。它指着珍重爱惜某位人物或某件事物。
不妨摸摸自己的那颗心，问问自己，谁是在你心目中，一辈子，最珍惜的人。你的答案，也许是一直在你身边照顾、呵护；对你不离不弃的亲人、朋友又或者是爱人。
对我而言，珍惜这两个字不单单只限于给自己认识的人，而是你不认识的人也是值得去珍惜的。 小时候，妈妈常告诉我，∶“珍惜你身边的一切，一旦失去了再也无法挽回来因时间是不会为谁而暂停的。”

其实，人生就像是一片天空。犹记得，小时候的我只要一扭开收音机，正在带班的广播员总会告诉听众们有关当天的天气预测。…美里、民都鲁、诗巫今早将会下起雷雨…西马全部地区早上与晚上将会放晴…人生就像它样，有喜怒哀乐、甜酸苦辣。
人生也像十字路口一样。一眼望去虽只有仅仅四道路，但却让你摸不着头。自私、贪心的你总是想要做出最佳的选择。只要那道路是能带给你最好的、无论会带给其人有多大的伤害，你都不在乎，因在你那狭窄的心灵里，自己永远是最优先的。
你晓得吗？一个人若带着感恩、知足的心去面对未来，那所谓的怒、哀、酸、苦、辣都不是你的伙伴。只有喜与乐会永远在你的人生陪伴着你，永不分离。
